About Susan Nickless

Trained as a saddle/harness maker, Susan now designs and makes bags, cases, belts and book covers, completely hand stitched in quality leathers. The majority of her work is individually made, each piece being cut out and prepared by hand, using traditional leatherworking tools. Interesting embellishments and fastenings are often incorporated into her designs, making each piece of work a unique creation, to be treasured and enjoyed for many years.
